This plan is designed to build you up as a runner. This plan will take you from your first few steps to running continuously over the 6 week period. It will gradually condition your body to withstand the movement of running and motivate you to continue to run after the 6 weeks is up.

If you have had a long-term break from running, or have never run before, this plan is perfect for you.
